LIABILITY INSURANCE

This insurance covers risk of the Insured against liability to third parties – including their property or health/life - which may raise from the nature of Insured's activities -either private or business.

This cover attaches to the property interests of Insured, connects with his obligation to compensate harm to life, health and real damage to the property of third parties, which can be caused in process of exploitation of apartment and inhabited premises, shops, offices, storehouses, hotels, cinema clubs and sports gymnasium.

Insurance covers you from responsibility to third parties according to the civil legislation of Georgia or decision of relevant court, to compensate harm to life, health and damage to the property which was caused by accident and during period of Insurance.

Most important factor in providing adequate cover for this type of policy is correct identification of possible perils and hazards which may cause in future the damage to the third parties.

Compensation can be paid without involving relevant court, if principal agreement is reached between the parties involved.
